This lot is located in Chicago.
Condition
Both appearing in overall good, stable, and ready to place condition. Rubbed wear to gilt surfaces. Both with scratching to the glaze on the lids. The handle of one example was previously broken and professionally restored. The repair is almost invisible to the naked eye but can be clearly seen under UV light. There is an area of overpainting about 2 inches in length above a chip where one vase attaches to the socle. Additional images available upon request.
